We hope that each subscription represents another opportunity to help bless the lives of not only our Advisor users but also the lives of the customers that are attracted to our subscribers because of our tools, techniques, and strategies.

We have established pricing options to help make it easier to use and manage access to our program. It is our hope that these monthly subscription options are a mere formality and that we can work together for many years to come. We also recognize that at times in the life of a business situations change and so we have established a cancellation and refund policy that protects all parties but is also fair and flexible when business situations require change.

Kairos Edge Marketing Basic System

Retail Price = $ 399 per month

Subscription Terms- month to month

Kairos Edge Marketing Trifecta System

Retail Price = $1500 per month

Billing Cycle

The monthly billing date will be the same each month based on the calendar date of their initial subscription payment.

Example if your initial subscription date was April 15th then your billing date would be the 15th day of each month. If you upgrade from the Kairos Edge Basics program to Kairos Edge Trifecta your billing date could be subject to change to reflect the date that you paid to upgrade your subscription.

Special Note: Kairos Edge reserves the right to make changes to the billing cycle and pricing policy but will alert all customers of the upcoming changes at least 30 days prior to any change.

* in the month of February all billing dates that would normally happen on the 29th, 30th or 31st day of a calendar month will be billed on the 28th day of February.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can choose to cancel your subscription with a full refund if you cancel within three business days from the date of your initial subscription. After the 3 days refund period, to avoid being charged for the Service on the next billing date, you must submit your request to cancel your Service at least 5 days prior to your next billing cycle.

If for some reason you request immediate cancellation of your subscription your account will be cancelled within 48-72 hours, but you will not receive a prorated refund, you will have access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle.

Secure Site

Our site uses a secure online form for customer applications. When your request is placed through our secure online server, we collect confidential customer information that our secure server software (SSL) encrypts before it is sent to us. All the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Personally Identifiable

Consumer information, collected to process your request, might include contact information such as name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. All customers’ information we collect is strictly confidential and maintained in electronic files in our head-office. Our participating insurance professionals, to whom this information is referred, are bound by the same terms of confidentiality, and use such information to contact the customers for purposes of providing customers with the requested quotes.

Disclosure to Outside Parties

Aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information may be provided to reputable third parties, which will not contain personally identifying or financial information. Annuity.com may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, enforce the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of Annuity.com, our customers or others.

Use of Information

By submitting your information via our website or one of our partners, and requesting information or a quote from us, you acknowledge and agree that a provider may contact you using your information to provide your requested quote or to obtain additional information needed to provide your requested quotes were permitted by law. If we do not have a provider, your information may be shared with another company that will provide this same service. This company may have several providers contact you at their discretion. We are not responsible and shall not be held liable if a Provider or other third party to whom we have forwarded any of the information you submitted to us violates our Privacy Policy or such third party’s privacy policy (if any), or otherwise violates the law.

We use outside companies to display ads on our site. These ads may contain pieces of information that a website transfers to a hard drive for record-keeping purposes while at the site.
